Ever get told it’s okay to release something a little early? Yeah, that happened tonight.

So tonight, right at around 12:30AM EST, I get a wonderful message from our Cyberpunk Line Manager, J Gray. He makes the mistake of letting me know our January DLC is all done. Me, being eager and an insomniac, decided to not wait for Friday or Monday. I ask “Now?” he said yes, and now we bring to you what is your first taste of the upcoming book The Edgerunners Guide to Night City.

Contained in January 2025’s DLC is not only the map itself, in high resolution versions and alternative versions containing names to blank roads, but also a rundown of what’s happening in Night City in 2045. And yes, as you can tell, this is the whole city, not just the zoomed in section you saw in the original Night City Sourcebook. We’ve went beyond what the original was in terms of size.

This is the official map containing every single mentioned location in Night City in 2045 up until the release of Tales of the RED: Hope Reborn.

I usually love beating around the bush, but this alone is a release I’m proud to be a part of. And a tip? You want to look really, really close and pay attention to a few things here. You may accidentally miss something if you don’t.
